Benar pak, setiap Revisi harus re-certify…
saat ini versi 2000 sudah tidak berlaku pak, sejak versi 2008 lahir, maka versi 2000 berakhir pada 2010.
btw, bukankah setiap 3 tahun bapak juga harus renewal certifikat bapak ?

Terima kasih atas tulisan tentang ISO 9001 nya sangat membantu sekali. Namun ada yang ingin saya konfirmasikan.
1. ISO 9001, setahu saya untuk semua standar di dunia memiliki tata kode dan penomoran masing-masing. Untuk standar yang dikeluarkan ISO (sesuai dengan ISO Guide) memang menggunakan kode ISO didepan diikuti nomor unik dan tahun terbit, adapun judul dari ISO 9001 adalah tentang persyaratan quality management system . ISO 14001 tentang SMML (sistem mutu manajemen lingkungan dan sebagainya.

2. Setiap negara memang dapat menjadi negara anggota ISO yang statusnya dapat sebagai P (participate) atau hanya O(Observer), ada tata cara tersendiri. Kemudian Indonesia bukan diwakili oleh Komite Akreditasi NAsional (KAN) namun oleh BSN (Badan Standardisasi NAsional) yang mengeluarkan SNI sebagai standar nasional indonesia, ataupun SNI ISO (SNI yang mengadopsi identik dari ISO) seperti ISO 9001 dan lainnya. KAN hanya bertugas membantu BSN dalam melakukan tugasnya terkait dengan akreditasi, sehingga KAN adalah wakil Indonesia di ILAC atau pun IAF. Sedangkan BSN untuk ISO.
